ProMoto stems from the need of restaurants to improve their delivery processes. Our project aims to help markets, restaurants and other shops that have home delivery services. By doing so, those firms will be able to focus on other activities on their Value Chain. With ProMoto, the firms in question eliminate the need to; employ people who are responsible for the delivery process such as the couriers on the motorbikes, spend money on vehicles (motorbikes) and their maintenance costs. Instead, they will be able to benefit from the ProMoto stations that will be established. We will take care of the couriers and the ownership/maintenance of the vehicles, respond to delivery request of the firms through our stations. That way, the firms both benefit from low fixed costs of running a delivery team and the amount that would have been spent creating such a team could be used to increase the value of the service elsewhere.
